Your Trip. Your Car. Your Call. Take the wheel on your own marketing.

Most marketing gets built in the wrong order. The post, the campaign, the rebrand: all vehicle decisions, usually made before anyone identifies who was driving or where they're driving to. A road trip needs four things settled before anyone turns a key: Who is driving. Where they're going. What they're driving. And who's riding shotgun with the map. If you run an agency, you settle all four for every client but rarely for yourself. If you work in-house, you got handed the map after the car was already in motion, and you're often floundering trying to get to the destination on time. This is a working session, not a talk. You will walk away with the one sentence your whole team should be able to say about your business, using a structure that puts what you sell at the very end instead of the beginning. You will say it out loud to the person next to you and find out whether they can repeat back who it was for. Bring a notebook. You leave with something written in your own handwriting that you can test throughout the conference.
